If that were the case, why is it that gastroenterologists and pathologists *don’t* find this “mucoid plaque” in the autopsies and biopsies of people who don’t practice the cleanse?
That’s right; Richard Anderson pulled the term “mucoid plaque” out of his ass, like any good snake-oil huckster, so he could sell people on the idea of eating seeds and clay. Eat plenty of fiber and exercise, and your colon will do its job just fine. Don’t believe the hype.

and its a popular laxative because it expands due to its ability to suck up a ton of water, so if its in your colon, its gonna suck up the crap thats lining your intestines.
For your information, psyllium is not a chemical but seed shells from the psyllium plant. Anyone who’s taken it knows how it sticks to the glass afterwords. It sticks to the mucus in the colon in the same way and takes it out that way. Bentonite clay absorbs heavy metals like quicksilver and other toxins, so they don’t go into the bloodstream when your fasting. Guys, don’t comment on something you don’t know anything about.

Psyllium is not a chemical…It comes from the seeds of “Plantago ovata”
It is a form of soluble dietary fiber and is in Metamucil.
Yes when it hits liguid it gels up to help move waste out of your body.

Did you bother checking the ingredients in these so called “colon cleansers”, it contains clay, laxatives and fibrous thicking agents.
5 Stars. Really nice video. Some of these comments are ignorant. Of course the mucoid plaque is real. The products don’t place it there, they loosen it up so it can come out. I have colon cleansed before and I would recommend it to anybody in the world. Colon cleansing can put you in control of your health. Established medicine doesn’t want to see that. It’s true. They put up propaganda websites like QUACKWATCH to make people not believe. Even with the videos here many people are still fooled.
I read that drinking too much distilled water makes your body think that it is not getting any minerals so it will take minerals away from your body, like your bones..

I did it last January and about to do it again…. It came out of me on the second day of fasting…. You fast for ť days and take psylium, clay and digestive stimulator 4 to 5 times a day…. I wasn´t hungry at all… Itś said that we can´t absorb nutrients properly because of the Mucoid plaque in our intestine.
That is called feces mucus, it cooks up inside your colons, not everyone has it, it really depends on if you eat healthy…
OMG you people are mental. We’ve known for centuries that fiber absorbs water! It also attracts lipids and pushes them through your digestive tract. Studies have proven time and time again that the junk coming from your colon is mostly meat and high gluten foods. The fact that you can watch fiber take on water. It’s recommended to consume 40g of fiber per day. Anyone who knows anything about proper diet can tell you that.
To all of you who think that the colon cleanse is what is producing this plaque… you are wrong. A couple of years ago, I ‘accidentally’ cleansed my colon. I ate something that caused this stuff to release from my bowels. I wish I knew exactly what I ate that caused this, cause I would do it again!!
So, again, no… this stuff really is inside of you. I have seen it come out WITHOUT using any cleanses…
