Having been diagnosed with IBS nearly 20 years ago, I have sought relief from virtually all products on the market–to no avail. Super Colon Cleanse is the only product that gives me the bulk and regularity that I have sought. It produces consistent, reliable, and effective results. Yes, the large number of capsules that must be taken daily may seem burdensome to some; but, the end result is certainly worth the inconvenience.

GREAT PRODUCE, DOES WHAT IT CLAIMS
OK, OK, it is not a topic we like to discuss with strangers. But here it goes:
I bought this product after being bound up for a week.
I LOVE this product. I tend to eat a fair amount of carbs – I’m of normal body weight but have a low metabolism. So, every night I take 4 or 5 of
these if I’ve had a lot of carbs that day, along with a glass of water or any beverage. The next day, I take another 4 or 5 capsules. DO NOT take 12 capsules per day, as suggested on the bottle. You will be absolutely miserable and having to use the restroom constantly, and you may also experience major bloating and intestinal pain. One time I took 12 capsules in a 24 hour period and I was a mess. BUT, if you find the appropriate dosage for yourself, based on your diet, this green remedy colon product will make you feel much better and keep your intestines very clean. You will notice a big difference right away.

No Thanks
Don’t waste you money I would get lots of water and magnesium instead these just constipated me.
This is the first one I ever tried but when I ran out, I had a hard time finding it again. I tried several other colon cleanses with my quarterly fasting but none of them worked as well. As a mater of fact, some of them didn’t work at all. I accidentally got one that didn’t have acidophilus and that one really threw my body out of whack. I had stomach problems for a short while after and even got a yeast infection. Note: I have never taken these with food like some people do. It has always been with fasting and when starting back on foods I have to do it slowly. If I do have too much food right away, it tends to cleanse it out right away which toilet-bounds me for a couple of hours. I don’t know if those who take it with food have the same problem.
