This product is the best fiber supplement on the market. It’s easy on the stomach and performs as consistent as Old Faithful. All other brands I’ve tried give me terrible abdominal cramps and produce inconsistent results. You can also find this product at a greater discount in straight powder form, but it is not very soluble and tastes atrocious. I would recommend starting with much lower doses than the manufacturer suggests (such as 2 caplets, twice daily) and then working your way up to the desired results. Super Colon Cleanse, in conjunction with acidophilus supplements, have turned my acid reflux and various digestive issues around.

Super Colon Cleanse
Works as advertised! Enough capsules for two people for ten day use. Also ordered Acia Berry to take with this. I was surprised at the energy and how good I felt.
I would like to like this product, it always seem to have really high reviews everywhere, and I can get it at trusty and cheap ol’ Trader Joes (grocery store). But unfortunately I cannot take it cause after 1-2 days I can’t keep anything solid in my body. It contains something called Senna which works as a natural laxative. The dosage is pretty high, 4 capsules 3 times a day. I have tried taking half of that and it was still too potent. I think I might try their regular colon cleanse product which only contains Psyllium powder.

Works As Advertised
There are a lot of theories and assumptions made about the effectiveness of colon cleansing. I am not a medical authority so it is impossible for me to comment as to this…
I have been using this product for years. If you have bad digestion for any reason this will aid in elimination. Test your own body on the dosage start with two or three, two or three times a day.

Don’t waste your money
I was expecting to feel like new or something…not the case. This was nothing more that a bunch of fiber pills. It did make me go without cramps, but so do prunes.

Waste of money
If you’re looking for something to cleanse the colon then look elsewhere. As noted on the bottle this product is for people looking to add extra fiber to their diet.
